Sue Bailey, Lead Trustee HR joined Action for Family Carers in 2014. Having spent over 25 years in Recruitment & HR, Sue now freelances as an HR Consultant and Workplace Mediator, working across all sectors.
She became involved in the Charity as having cared for her mum, who had Alzheimer’s, Sue wanted to support the Charity in supporting others in the same situation.
In her spare time, Sue enjoys travelling and in particular exploring new countries (current count has visited 40) and also exploring the different tastes and culture of these places.
Married, she lives just outside Chelmsford and enjoys swimming and regular visits her local gym along with seeing friends and family as much as possible.
