DESCRIPTION:Come along for a fantastic FREE morning in collaboration with Elm Farm Horsomely Thrive CIC. \nEveryone is welcome – whether you’re a young carer\, a friend\, a family member\, or you’re simply not sure whether you’re a young carer at all… Many young people don’t realise they’re young carers.
