Carers' visit to Manna's Ark

Our first visit to Manna’s Ark well-being Farm at Cressing was a roaring success!
Manna’s Ark is a small farm with rescued animals and also a well-being centre with holistic therapies and assisted healing. Our hosts gave us a brief history of the farm before introducing us to some of the residents.
Our Carers were able to wander among the goats, feed them and give them a good grooming. We were introduced to the guinea pigs, rabbits and various ducks before coming face-to-face with two recent additions to the farm; two large black bulls. The miniature donkeys were a big hit; they were also treated to a pamper from our Carers.
We sat down to a picnic lunch and the Carers enjoyed chatting to each other, sharing stories and experiences.
It was good to see our Carers enjoying time out at this tranquil, relaxing, therapeutic, haven.
