Carers Week is a national awareness campaign to raise the profile of Carers, highlight the challenges that Carers face, and to recognise and celebrate the contribution they make to families and communities.

The theme of Carers Week this year ( 11th – 17th June 2018) is supporting Carers to be Healthy and Connected – ensuring carers are recognised and have access to the information and support they are entitled to, and look after themselves while caring for someone.
