Feeling Good Caring Well switching sessions to online
Although we are not able to hold our face to face Carer Wellbeing events at the moment, our team have found a safe way to continue to support Carers look after themselves during the lockdown by switching sessions to online.
Stress-busting, Live Your Life, and Meditation sessions are being delivered by our usual trainers who have kindly adapted their programmes to this new format. We will be adding more sessions as we get feedback from Carers on what is helping right now.
Carers can book onto these sessions in the usual way through Eventbrite, or by contacting us on 03007708090.
This is a good opportunity to join these sessions, particularly if you haven’t been able to attend any of our physical events. You may find that “attending “online suits you better.
Our Carer Wellbeing team, Kellie, Mel, Fiona and Julie are keeping in touch with Carers and are still here to support and advise you, even though we can’t meet you in person. We are encouraging Carers to contact us to seek support, advice or to find out more about the Carer Wellbeing programme.
