Feeling Good Caring Well Woodland Respite
Thank you to those Carers who joined us for some respite from their important caring roles. This time we were in the ancient woods of Hockley. It was also a welcome relief from the mini-heatwave we've had as the dappled sunshine felt just right while we sauntered amongst the trees and flora, there was even a hint of a breeze at one point!
Our Wellbeing Expert, Liz, spent time taking our Carers through a meditation and visualisation to reduce some of the inevitable stress levels.
Naturally, we finished with well deserved ice cream and cold drinks in the historic Bull Inn. It's always impressive to see how much support you give each other, and how much laughter there is - thank you for what you do.
