Would you like to know more about how to manage as your loved one approaches end of life?
The aim of the Macmillan carers service is to ensure that informal carers of people with cancer and other illnesses, are emotionally and practically supported throughout their journey.
We can provide information and guidance on navigating health & social care services, getting a break from caring, accessing grants and benefits, planning for end of life and managing your own needs and responsibilities.
Carers can refer themselves to this service by calling our main number or filling in the online referral form. You can also find us at the following Macmillan information centres:
