Action for Family Carers are looking for Volunteers to help out at Maldon Day Centre.

This role involves supporting people with dementia within a day centre setting.

You will be working as part of a friendly team of volunteers overseen by the Day Centre Manager

The role includes 1:1 support such as chatting with clients, helping them to gain as much out of the activities as possible which include seated games, puzzles and mind stimulating games. You may also be asked to help out with refreshments.

A reasonable level of mobility would be helpful.
