BBC’s Sort Your Life Out – Opportunity for Carers

Jan 21, 2026General

Does clutter feel like it’s taking over your home? BBC’s Sort Your Life Out could help! Stacey Solomon and her team work with families to declutter, reorganise, and transform homes in just one week.

They’re particularly keen to feature a household where someone has caring responsibilities, to show a wider range of home lives and shine a light on the experiences of unpaid carers. The production team works closely with participants to make sure the experience is positive and supportive.

We’d love to see one of our Essex carers featured, helping raise awareness of your lives and the support available through Action for Family Carers.

How to apply:

You can apply directly here (if you do it this way please let us know so we can cheer you on!)
Or, if you’d like some support with your application, email us at info@affc.org.uk and we’ll guide you through the process.

Don’t miss this chance to transform your home and share your story!
