Carers Week 2024: Memory Cafe at Chelmsford Museum

Louise and Yvonne from our Family Support Team will be attending the Memory Cafe at Chelmsford Museum – come and say hello, explore the Museum objects with our curators and volunteers, share your stories and enjoy a cup of tea.

This session is designed for those living with dementia to attend with their families, friends and loved ones. The sessions are run by Chelmsford Museum.
