FREE Young Carer Fun Day

Come along for a fantastic FREE morning in collaboration with Elm Farm Horsomely Thrive CIC.

Everyone is welcome – whether you’re a young carer, a friend, a family member, or you’re simply not sure whether you’re a young carer at all… Many young people don’t realise they’re young carers. If you help look after a parent, brother, sister, grandparent or another family member because they’re ill, disabled, have mental health challenges or need extra support, you could be a young carer without even realising it.

🎯 Garden games

Come along, have fun, and find out whether being a young carer applies to you, as well as the support available for young carers and their families.
