UCAN Community Hub will be visiting our Carers support group at Fairycroft House, Saffron Walden, on Tuesday 29th October, 12pm to 4pm.
Nichola and Donna from our Adult Carer Support Team in West Essex will both be there, along with UCAN volunteers. Our usual carer group will meet and we welcome carers and other members of the public to come and get information and advice from our team and the UCAN volunteers 🩷
